Drive commercial transformation in global pharma. Join BASE life science as a Senior Commercial Consulting Manager and lead teams delivering impactful customer engagement solutions across the life sciences industry. We are looking for a senior leader with strong consulting experience and deep pharma knowledge to strengthen our Commercial Consulting domain. You will guide clients through commercial transformation across areas such as Content, CRM, Digital, Compliance, and Data. In this role, you will lead a team, shape client engagements end-to-end, and ensure high quality delivery across multiple projects.

Job Responsibility

  • Delivery Management: Lead the delivery of complex commercial projects, including managing and delivering projects across all phases, participating in staffing, capability building and project planning, acting as engagement lead and primary escalation point, ensuring governance, quality, and opportunities for account growth, managing client satisfaction and securing extensions, contributing hands-on to selected projects as engagement or program lead
  • Business Development & Sales: Support the full sales cycle with delivery insights and subject matter expertise, contribute to proposals, sales materials and pitch development, prepare effort estimates and resource plans, identify new business opportunities with existing clients and your network, support community growth and maintain strong client relationships
  • People & Team Leadership: Act as People Manager and Team Lead, responsible for building high performing and engaged teams, providing continuous coaching and mentorship, identifying capability gaps and driving recruitment, handling general HR related tasks and performance processes, supporting career development and fostering a collaborative culture

Requirements

  • 10+ years of consulting experience, ideally within pharma/life sciences
  • 6–8 years of pharma experience with proven leadership of large teams and complex programs
  • Strong background in the commercial domain, especially CRM (Veeva CRM & Salesforce)
  • Solid understanding of life science commercial platforms and IT related project work
  • Strong program and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills in English
  • Ability to deliver compelling presentations
  • Proactive mindset with a “can-do” attitude
  • Comfortable working in agile and remote setups
