We’re looking for experienced professionals to join our dynamic team, spanning Consultant to Principal Consultant levels. Our mission is to help clients in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries achieve commercial excellence, drive business transformation, and foster strategic growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and support client engagement teams, delivering high-quality solutions across commercial strategy, product launch, marketing, and business transformation for life sciences clients
  • Manage and execute key workstreams in large-scale client projects, ensuring project milestones and outcomes are met
  • Provide strategic insights and solutions in areas including commercial strategy, product launch, marketing, and analytics
  • Contribute to fostering a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive work environment, mentoring and developing junior team members
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships, expanding networks across PA Consulting and client organizations
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovations in life sciences, commercial operations, and analytics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Biology, Pharmacology, or a related field
  • 3+ years of Consulting experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences with expertise in at least one of the following: Brand strategy
  • Commercial
  • Pricing and market access
  • Commercial operations model transformation
  • Digital campaign management strategy
  • Strong commercial strategy with a focus on the US market dynamics, including knowledge of IRA, Medicare, Medicaid
  • Proven experience in primary research, conducting interviews, and managing quantitative surveys within the life sciences industry
  • Expertise in pharmaceutical datasets (e.g., pricing, prescription, claims databases) and proficiency in Excel
  • A demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage client relationships, and deliver strategic insights that drive value

  • Experience in oncology, immunology, neurology, endocrinology, or emerging therapy areas
  • Familiarity with commercial operations, analytics, and market access
  • A strong passion for leadership, problem-solving, and staying on top of trends within the Life Sciences industry
