Senior Commercial Collections Representative

• Manage, review and negotiate a high-risk portfolio consisting of complex delinquent loans of high-level collateralized accounts
• Understand and execute company policies and procedures without issue
• Assist in setting performance standards and recommend process or policy improvements
• Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to less experienced individuals
• Make decisions and resolve issues to meet business objectives
• Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues
• Interact with internal customers
• Receive direction from leaders
• Exercise independent judgment while developing knowledge of function, policies, and compliance requirements

• 4+ years of Commercial Collections experience or equivalent through work experience, training, military experience, or education
• Experience working with Artiva and Infolease systems
• Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to provide strong customer service while actively listening and responding appropriately
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to embrace and adapt to change
• Sound analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience delivering results in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
• Sound organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and utilize search tools
• Ability to work effectively and independently in a team environment

• Ability to work additional hours as needed

• 2 years of Collections experience
• Experience working in roles within Accounting, Accounts Receivable/Payable
• Customer service/Customer Care experience
• BS/BA degree in accounting, finance, or economics
