Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Commercial Banking Portfolio Coordinator for our SBA Division. In this role, you will review complex credit information of loans for companies and industries, provide support to the Commercial Banking Portfolio Management team, perform complex credit investigations, and interact with the team to review processes for providing credits.

Job Responsibility:

Review complex credit information of loans for companies and industries
Provide support to the Commercial Banking Portfolio Management team and more experienced individuals in the credit approval process
Perform complex credit investigations on companies and industries
Utilize knowledge and interpretation of procedures to direct less experienced individuals
Interact with immediate team and Commercial Banking Portfolio Management functional area to review process of companies for providing credits

Requirements:

4+ years of financial analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Good analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Residential or commercial loan experience
Small Business Administration (SBA) 7a and 504 Lending experience
Knowledge and understanding of Small Business Administration (SBA) Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Policies
Ability to review personal or business financial statements and tax returns (commercial and individual)
Ability to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment
Customer service focus with the ability to listen to customer needs and recommend solutions
Exposure to Wells Fargo AFS (Automated Financial Systems)
Exposure to Wells Fargo BLAST (Business Lending and Sales Tracking) system
Knowledge and understanding of loan structuring across broad spectrum of product and loan types
