Job Description

Join 3Shape as Senior Commercial Associate/Commercial Manager! Would you like to be part of driving commercial excellence in a rapidly growing MedTech company that has innovation at its core? Are you looking for an opportunity where you can have a significant impact, lead change, and put your stamp on a crucial development area of the company? Then this position might be for you. At 3Shape our aim is to lead digital dentistry and improve the lives of our customers. We are looking for a driven Senior Commercial Associate/Commercial Manager for institutional customers with a strong analytical mind and commercial acumen, who is passionate about driving commercial excellence and wants to join us in changing dentistry at our global Headquarters in Copenhagen, right next to Kongens Nytorv. About the position As Senior Commercial Associate/Commercial Manager, your focus will be on institutional customers and on enabling our sales regions to drive sales and market share gains in this segment. Institutional customers include Dental Service Organizations (DSOs), universities, and hospitals - entities that require tailored, enterprise‑level solutions distinct from those offered to individual dentists or clinics. In this role, you will navigate a complex network of stakeholders and balance operational, technical, and commercial priorities. As the institutional segment grows in strategic importance for 3Shape, you will play a key role in shaping both the strategic and commercial direction of the company, influencing not only Commercial Excellence but the wider organization. Your work will help transform how we engage with institutional customers and strengthen our competitive offerings. To excel in this role, you must combine strong commercial acumen with the ability to execute operationally at a high level - including diving into details when needed.

Job Responsibility

  • Contribute to establishing the strategic direction for the institutional segment, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
  • Act as a business partner to the sales regions, identifying, recommending, and driving commercial improvements that align with regional goals and institutional customer needs
  • Drive commercial projects and programs across the sales organization, including leading cross‑functional initiatives, ensuring stakeholder alignment, and maintaining a clear focus on delivering results
  • Develop and implement a commercial toolbox (e.g., pipeline and account management, segmentation and targeting tools, commercial offerings, and data insights/reports)
  • Build the foundation for a more professional and scalable engagement model for institutional customers
  • Ensure project scope, purpose, deliverables, and success criteria are clearly defined and aligned among all stakeholders

Requirements

  • Ideal candidate has minimum 2 years of experience from either management consulting or a corporate commercial role
  • Demonstrated ability to execute initiatives at both strategic and operational levels
  • Strong analytical toolbox and sound problem-solving skills
  • Solid project management skills
  • Ability to lead yourself and create results through others
  • Master/MBA is a minimum requirement

What we offer

  • Great social work environment with many optional activities and employee clubs, ranging from wine, board games to bicycle clubs
  • Great work/life balance according to your individual needs and situation
  • Daily breakfast and fresh lunch cooked by our resident chefs in our canteen
  • An inspiring international environment with social, diverse, and highly skilled colleagues - we are more than 50 nationalities
