Job Description:

For one of our Clients we are currently looking for experienced Senior Collections Specialist with Italian or French.

Job Responsibility:

Provide resolution support to collections specialist
Manage a segment of key accounts and support the maintenance and enhancement of key accounts
Develop training materials and procedures regarding key account collection processes
Establish strong working relationships with other teams and internal/external customer contacts
Improve productivity and service, utilizing knowledge of multiple credit systems and divisional programs by suggesting changes
Provide collection input around specific key account customer segments and cooperate with the reporting teams to develop or enhance reports and analysis around key account AR portfolio
Manage special division reporting requiring collection input around specific key account customer segments
Coach and train collections specialists

Requirements:

Educational Background
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel Access)
Relevant professional experience in Accounts Receivables / Collections
Proficient in analysing financial data
Good organizational and time management skills
Fluency in English and Italian or French
Strong customer orientation
