Senior Cloud Services Architect

As a Senior Cloud Services Architect at NTT DATA, you will be at the heart of designing innovative Managed Services solutions that transform our clients' digital landscapes. You'll collaborate closely with clients, as well as our sales and delivery teams, to create secure, cost-effective, and sustainable cloud solutions. Your expertise will guide the development of these solutions, ensuring they align perfectly with client needs and organizational goals. You'll lead a virtual team of domain experts to design complex managed service solutions tailored to client requirements, integrating technology and service design across the cloud domain. By proactively driving the development and validation of service solutions, you'll help bring to market new features and delivery models that enhance our offerings. Your days will involve mapping client needs to service elements, leading solution development, and ensuring supportability by working across diverse teams. You'll remain engaged during and post-implementation, participating in renewals and ensuring a smooth transition to service delivery teams. Your focus will be on optimizing client outcomes, guiding informed decision-making, and sharing insights to drive innovative solutions. Your role will also involve conducting workshops, presenting architecture solutions to clients, and collaborating on the commercial aspects of services. By mentoring and coaching your peers, you'll help nurture a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring everyone is aligned with our strategic goals.
