The ideal candidate must be hands-on across both on-premise infrastructure and public cloud, with deep understanding of managed services, Day-2 operations, commercial governance, and client-facing solution leadership.
Job Responsibility

Create high-level and low-level designs, reference architectures, migration roadmaps, operational runbooks, and transition plans.
Act as a hands-on architect for infrastructure, cloud landing zones, network connectivity, security controls, identity, backup, monitoring, and automation.
Assess current-state IT landscapes and define target-state hybrid cloud solutions aligned to business, technical, security, compliance, and cost objectives.
Drive cloud migration and modernization planning, including workload assessment, dependency mapping, migration waves, and risk mitigation.
Design and integrate managed services operating models, including ITIL-aligned processes, monitoring, incident/problem/change management, capacity management, patching, backup, DR, and service reporting.
Support Day-2 operations readiness by ensuring solutions are supportable, observable, resilient, cost-managed, and aligned to SLAs/OLAs.
Engage directly with client stakeholders, including CIO/CTO teams, enterprise architects, infrastructure leads, security teams, procurement, and business owners.
Contribute to proposals, solution costing, effort estimation, commercial models, RFP/RFI responses, statements of work, and governance reviews.
Collaborate with delivery, operations, security, application, network, and commercial teams to ensure successful solution implementation and handover.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, design governance, and architecture review support across multiple projects or client engagements.
