We are looking for a Senior Cloud Integrations Developer (AWS) passionate about serverless architecture, security, and creating scalable solutions. You will be fundamental in designing, developing, and securing the integration solutions that connect our internal and external systems, with a strong focus on native AWS services. We are looking for someone to technically lead the implementation of secure APIs and the optimization of data flows in the cloud.
Job Responsibility:
Design and implement secure and scalable integration solutions using key AWS serverless services, including Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, and EventBridge
Develop and secure RESTful APIs using AWS API Gateway, implementing best practices for API management, authentication, and rate limiting
Administer the storage and processing of unstructured data using Amazon S3 and DynamoDB
Ensure that integration solutions comply with industry security standards (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML) and AWS security best practices (IAM, KMS, and Secrets Manager)
Write highly testable, repeatable, and optimized code in Python, C#, or Java, adhering to serverless architecture principles
Act as a mentor and guide for less experienced developers, ensuring thorough documentation and adherence to company standards
Requirements:
3 to 6 years of hands-on cloud integration development experience, with a strong emphasis on AWS
Expertise in key AWS services such as Lambda, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB, CloudFormation, and EC2
Advanced programming skills in Python, C#, or Java, with a clear focus on serverless development
In-depth knowledge of security protocols such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML, and experience using services like KMS and Secrets Manager
Experience developing and securing RESTful APIs
Solid understanding of the SDLC, Agile methodologies, and the ability to conduct root cause analysis
Nice to have:
Experience in the insurance or financial industry
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, or Jenkins
Knowledge of AWS-native encryption and data protection (JSON/XML)
Experience evaluating and recommending AWS tools like CloudTrail to enhance development processes
