Requirements

Knowledge of complete SDLC and experience in software testing methodology, tools, test planning and test execution
Strong coding skills
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for performing root cause analysis
Ability to effectively work with stakeholders in multiple engineering teams for defect investigation, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective/preventative actions

Requirements

First level university degree or equivalent experience required, electrical or computer engineering preferred
May have advanced university degree
Typically, 10 or more years of related work experience, including 3+ years of people management experience
Significant work experience as a quality engineering leader or similar position working across multiple stakeholder organizations
Strong foundation in designing, developing engineering products and services and delivering with highest quality
Solid experience in testing microservices and cloud systems, Kubernetes and aaS offerings
Prior experience in product development and deployments

Job Responsibility

Apply expert subject matter knowledge to manage staff activities in solving most complex business/technical issues within established policies
Manage activities of non-exempt/exempt individual contributors and/or managers
Act as a key advisor to senior management on the development of overall policies and long-term goals of the organization

Job Responsibility

Cloud Architecture & Development: Provide technical guidance to the project team to design the overall solution, Architect, design, develop, and implement scalable, highly available cloud-native applications using the Azure cloud platform
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and engineers, conducting code reviews and promoting engineering best practices
Automation & DevOps: Lead the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines and leverage Infrastructure as a Code tools (Terraform) to automate deployment, monitoring, and management tasks
Performance & Optimization: Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud resources for performance, cost efficiency, and reliability, including managing solutions for operational administration, system backup, and disaster recovery
Prepare detailed flow charts and diagrams outlining technical roadmaps, systems capabilities and business processes
Follow all published MBFS processes and procedures
Security & Compliance: Ensure the cloud solutions follow MBFS's robust security best practices and compliance standards, implementing security controls, IAM policies, and encryption techniques
Collaboration: Work closely with product owners and operations teams to translate business requirements into effective cloud-based system designs and facilitate seamless integration of cloud solutions into existing workflows
