Job Description

We are looking for a powerhouse Senior Cloud Architect with 8+ years of experience to lead the infrastructure strategy for our suite of AI products. This isn't just a "maintenance" role; you will be the primary guardian of our product ecosystem, ensuring our AI models are served with maximum uptime, cost-efficiency, and scalability across a multi-cloud environment. As the bridge between our AI development team and our global clients, you will architect the backbone that allows our products to thrive.

Job Responsibility

  • Architectural Leadership: Design and evolve a robust multi-cloud architecture (GCP, AWS, and Azure) specifically optimized for high-performance AI inference and training workloads
  • Product Uptime & Reliability: Act as the ultimate stakeholder for system availability. Implement sophisticated monitoring, self-healing systems, and disaster recovery protocols to ensure 99.9% uptime for client-facing AI services
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Oversee the automated deployment of cloud resources to ensure consistency across staging, production, and dedicated client environments
  • Client Success Support: Interface with client technical teams to ensure seamless integration of our AI products into their existing cloud ecosystems
  • Cloud Governance: Manage cloud spend and resource optimization, balancing the high computational demands of AI with cost-effective scaling strategies
  • Security & Compliance: Ensure all cloud environments meet rigorous security standards (SOC2, GDPR, etc.), protecting both our proprietary AI models and sensitive client data
