While this position is fully remote, candidates must live in Indiana to maintain alignment with our regional footprint and local talent markets.
Job Responsibility
Execute the full lifecycle recruitment process for diverse nursing and clinical profiles (including RNs, specialized units, and nursing leadership) across multiple locations
Utilize advanced sourcing methodologies (such as cold outreach, social networking, niche nursing job boards, and employee referral networks) to build robust pipelines of passive clinical talent
Conduct thorough behavioral and technical phone interviews to evaluate clinical competence, cultural alignment, credentials, and schedule flexibility
Act as a strategic talent advisor to clinical leadership and hospital administrators
provide real-time market insights, manage interview expectations, and streamline decision-making
Structure, negotiate, and deliver competitive compensation offers. Work closely with compliance teams to ensure seamless credential verification, background checks, and license screening prior to start dates
Maintain absolute accuracy within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure compliance, clear candidate tracking, and transparent performance metrics
Requirements
Must be a current resident of Indiana
Minimum of 3-5 years of dedicated full-cycle clinical recruitment experience, with a heavy emphasis on high-volume, acute-care nursing roles
High proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, Taleo, or Greenhouse), LinkedIn Recruiter, and advanced Boolean search strings
Deep understanding of the nursing landscape, including licensure requirements, compact state regulations, shift differentials, and clinical terminology
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills. A proven track record of handling high requisition loads with a suggestive, consultative approach toward hiring managers
A dedicated, quiet, and secure home workspace equipped with a reliable high-speed internet connection to support video interviewing and daily operations during required 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST hours
