Job Description:

My client is seeking an experienced Senior Solicitor to join their specialist Clinical Negligence team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident litigator to handle a high-quality caseload with significant autonomy, while also supporting and mentoring junior colleagues. The team includes several accredited specialists (APIL, AvMA, Law Society Clinical Negligence Panel), and the firm prides itself on its supportive, high-performing environment.

Job Responsibility:

Managing and progressing clinical negligence cases independently
Advising on strategy and supporting team members
Drafting legal documentation and negotiating settlements
Meeting financial performance KPIs and maintaining accurate time recording

Requirements:

8+ years’ PQE in clinical negligence
Strong technical, communication, and organisational skills
Ability to mentor junior staff and work collaboratively
