Job Description

We are on a mission to ensure everyone has access to medical expertise, no matter where they are. Half the world still lacks access to quality healthcare. Even in advanced systems, outcomes are uneven, and clinicians are overwhelmed. Medical knowledge grows faster than human capacity can keep up. Corti exists to close that gap. Our AI platform expands access to medical expertise, reducing errors, restoring time to clinicians, and making care more affordable, accessible, and human again. There is no quality healthcare without a quality dialogue, and no reliable AI without a strong foundation. Help us build both. Why Corti? Corti is the frontier lab for clinical-grade AI. We build world-leading models and infrastructure that power healthcare's most ambitious software - from EHR vendors and virtual care platforms to the health systems that care depends on. Today, Corti serves over 100 million patients annually, including the NHS. Our flagship model, Symphony, is trained and validated on real clinical data from real patient interactions, and powers the clinical and administrative work that healthcare runs on. We power the builders who are redefining how healthcare works, from startups creating new patient experiences to enterprises modernizing the systems that care depends on. If you believe that AI purpose-built for medicine will define the next century of healthcare, you belong at Corti. The Role: As a Clinical Innovation Specialist, you operate with increased scope and autonomy across product and partner-facing work. You serve as a trusted clinical contributor in more complex use cases, forming independent clinical positions in ambiguous contexts, and engaging constructively with cross-functional partners to ensure Corti's AI is applied safely, credibly, and effectively across customer implementations. This is a senior individual contributor role, with greater responsibility for synthesizing external clinical signals, assessing risk, and influencing product direction through sustained, hands-on engagement.

Job Responsibility

  • Act as a clinical counterpart in selected partner and customer collaborations, advising on clinically sound application of Corti's technology
  • Form and articulate independent clinical positions, including constructively challenging product or partner assumptions when needed
  • Identify, assess, and contextualize clinical risks, edge cases, and downstream effects in applied use cases
  • Translate insights from customer and partner engagements into concrete product and evaluation recommendations
  • Contribute to clinical validation, regulatory input, and critical review of relevant clinical literature
  • Maintain a deep, current understanding of Corti's technical platform, actively engaging with new capabilities, use strategies, and model behavior
  • Provide guidance on AI behavior in complex or safety-sensitive clinical scenarios
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to ensure clinical realities are accurately reflected in product decisions and prioritization
  • Help strengthen Corti's external credibility through clinically rigorous contributions to partner work and evaluations

Requirements

  • Medical degree or equivalent clinical background, with substantial clinical experience
  • Deep understanding of clinical workflows and applied clinical decision-making
  • Strong ability to synthesize literature, practice, and real-world use into clear, defensible guidance
  • High ownership and comfort operating independently across ambiguous, cross-functional contexts
  • Clear, authoritative communication across clinical, technical, and commercial domains
  • Basic familiarity with agentic coding
