Job Responsibility:

  • Development, continued improvement and operational support of the data network infrastructure across multiple locations
  • Supporting and maintaining the Microsoft Team Telephone service and Genesys Cloud contact centre
  • Deliver high‑quality technical support
  • Maintain operational efficiency
  • Participate in project-based work that enhances ICT capability across the University

Requirements:

  • A strong service focus with experience in IT communication and/or network technologies, preferably in Cisco routing, switching, wireless and Microsoft Teams telephony
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
  • A knowledge and understanding of ITIL and certification in network support and maintenance such as CCNA or similar is desirable, however not essential
