Apex Fintech Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual that is multi-disciplined across technical sales, product development and marketing, and system implementation and delivery. The Senior Client Solutions Engineer will join our dynamic team to help grow market share and support the strategic direction of our Sales Engineering team. This role will support and scale Apex's ability to market, sell, implement, and grow the Apex product stack and cloud-based infrastructure solutions.
Job Responsibility
Own the technical strategy for key accounts, leading discovery, solution architecture, and the technical win in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and align them with our cloud solutions
Conduct persuasive and insightful product demonstrations and presentations to financial industry prospects
Architect end-to-end solutions using cloud-based APIs, integrating identity, data, and workflow components
Understand the unique needs of key prospect decision makers, documenting requirements to tailor solutions effectively
Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including solution architectures, implementation plans, and project timelines
Collaborate with the product development and engineering teams to provide valuable customer feedback
Assist in the successful onboarding and implementation of cloud solutions for clients
Conduct training sessions for internal teams
Mentor and coach junior team members
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or related field (or equivalent work experience)
5+ years of transferable work experience, preferably in cloud sales, financial technologies, business development, product management, or custody and clearing
Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, SaaS models, and cloud-based infrastructure
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Strategic thinker with a solution-oriented mindset
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Ability to lead conversations with decision makers and clearly articulate the value-add of leveraging cloud-based solutions
