A respected professional services firm in San Diego is seeking a Senior Client Services Coordinator who thrives at the intersection of client experience, operational precision, and executive support. Job Responsibility:
Serve as primary administrative liaison for high-value client accounts
Coordinate complex scheduling, deliverables, and client communications
Monitor service timelines and proactively resolve bottlenecks
Prepare client-facing reports, presentations, and correspondence
Maintain CRM data integrity and account documentation
Partner cross-functionally with finance, operations, and leadership
Track KPIs and generate service performance reports
Support process improvement initiatives across the client lifecycle
Requirements:
4+ years of progressive administrative, client services, or account support experience
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
