A respected professional services firm in San Diego is seeking a Senior Client Services Coordinator who thrives at the intersection of client experience, operational precision, and executive support. This is a high-visibility role supporting key accounts and leadership while ensuring white-glove service delivery. This position is ideal for someone who has outgrown traditional administrative work and is ready to own client workflows end-to-end.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as primary administrative liaison for high-value client accounts
  • Coordinate complex scheduling, deliverables, and client communications
  • Monitor service timelines and proactively resolve bottlenecks
  • Prepare client-facing reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Maintain CRM data integrity and account documentation
  • Partner cross-functionally with finance, operations, and leadership
  • Track KPIs and generate service performance reports
  • Support process improvement initiatives across the client lifecycle

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of progressive administrative, client services, or account support experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, etc.)
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization abilities
  • Highly polished written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and professional judgment
