Job Responsibility:
Deliver exceptional service to sophisticated clients
Handle new accounts, transfers, closings, and client transactions accurately
Prepare trades, reports, and client meeting materials
Maintain client documentation and ensure compliance with firm guidelines
Monitor client communications and coordinate scheduling
Reconcile client accounts and support portfolio integrity
Requirements:
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
5+ years of wealth management experience
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
Collaborative and able to contribute insights to the team
Nice to have:
Familiarity with custodial platforms (Fidelity, Schwab) and tools like Black Diamond, Morningstar, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office a plus
