We are looking for an experienced Senior Client Service Representative to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to clients by resolving inquiries promptly and accurately.
Job Responsibility:
Address client inquiries efficiently and ensure resolutions meet high service standards
Calculate daily net asset values (NAVs) and prepare month-end and year-end financial reports
Generate and manage various internal and external reports with accuracy
Utilize internal technology platforms to support client service operations effectively
Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies or issues on a daily basis
Collaborate with teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables and uphold service quality
Apply analytical skills to assess data workflows and solve problems
Stay informed about corporate actions, equity, fixed income, and derivative investments
Leverage tools like Excel, Bloomberg, and Reuters to enhance reporting and analysis
Maintain focus and accuracy while working under tight deadlines
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience
1 to 3 years of experience in fund accounting or a similar role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Bloomberg and Reuters
Solid understanding of investments, including equity, fixed income, and derivatives
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proven analytical skills for managing numeric data and workflows
Nice to have:
Knowledge of corporate actions and emerging markets is a plus
