Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Client Service Representative to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to clients by resolving inquiries promptly and accurately.

Job Responsibility

  • Address client inquiries efficiently and ensure resolutions meet high service standards
  • Calculate daily net asset values (NAVs) and prepare month-end and year-end financial reports
  • Generate and manage various internal and external reports with accuracy
  • Utilize internal technology platforms to support client service operations effectively
  • Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies or issues on a daily basis
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables and uphold service quality
  • Apply analytical skills to assess data workflows and solve problems
  • Stay informed about corporate actions, equity, fixed income, and derivative investments
  • Leverage tools like Excel, Bloomberg, and Reuters to enhance reporting and analysis
  • Maintain focus and accuracy while working under tight deadlines

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in fund accounting or a similar role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Bloomberg and Reuters
  • Solid understanding of investments, including equity, fixed income, and derivatives
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proven analytical skills for managing numeric data and workflows

Nice to have

Knowledge of corporate actions and emerging markets is a plus
