Job Responsibility:
Serve as a trusted point of contact for ultra–high-net-worth families, ensuring every service need is handled accurately and promptly
Work alongside senior leadership to execute customized client strategies and contribute to ongoing firm initiatives
Build long-term relationships by understanding clients’ preferences, anticipating needs, and delivering exceptional follow-through
Mentor and guide junior associates and analysts supporting the same client relationships
Coordinate with outside advisors—tax, legal, estate—to help implement complex wealth planning strategies
Collaborate with clients’ personal CFOs, EAs, and family office staff to ensure seamless communication and execution
Partner with the investment team on cash management, portfolio implementation, and reporting needs
Provide cross-functional support on internal projects, process improvements, and firm-wide priorities
Requirements:
Experience in client service within wealth management, investment advisory, or a family office
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build trust with UHNW families and their advisors
A calm, professional presence and the judgment to handle sensitive information
Strong coordination skills—you know how to keep moving parts aligned across multiple stakeholders
A genuine passion for high-touch service and long-term relationship building
