Job Description

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established boutique RIA that is deliberately expanding its client service team. This is a net-new senior seat, not a backfill, driven by growth. You'll be working directly with high-net-worth clients, owning account operations end-to-end, and mentoring junior associates as the team scales. The right person takes ownership, communicates proactively, and genuinely thrives in a senior client service role. This is a small, tight-knit team with a client-first culture. Type A, self-directed, and detail-oriented is the standard here, not the exception. This is a firm where strong CSAs are valued and have a real path to grow within the client service and operations track long-term.

Job Responsibility

  • You'll be working directly with high-net-worth clients, owning account operations end-to-end, and mentoring junior associates as the team scales
  • The right person takes ownership, communicates proactively, and genuinely thrives in a senior client service role

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Senior CSA experience
  • RIA or wealth management firm background
  • Direct HNW client interaction
  • Full ownership of account ops — openings, transfers, ACATs
  • Schwab Advisor Services experience (Tamarac a plus)
  • Experience mentoring or guiding junior staff
  • Series 65 preferred but not required
  • US Citizens and Permanent Residents are welcome to apply
  • Unable to provide sponsorship at this time
