We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established boutique RIA that is deliberately expanding its client service team. This is a net-new senior seat, not a backfill, driven by growth. You'll be working directly with high-net-worth clients, owning account operations end-to-end, and mentoring junior associates as the team scales. The right person takes ownership, communicates proactively, and genuinely thrives in a senior client service role. This is a small, tight-knit team with a client-first culture. Type A, self-directed, and detail-oriented is the standard here, not the exception. This is a firm where strong CSAs are valued and have a real path to grow within the client service and operations track long-term.
Job Responsibility:

Requirements:
3+ years of Senior CSA experience
RIA or wealth management firm background
Direct HNW client interaction
Full ownership of account ops — openings, transfers, ACATs
Schwab Advisor Services experience (Tamarac a plus)
Experience mentoring or guiding junior staff
Series 65 preferred but not required
