WongDoody is looking for a strong Account Director level candidate with expertise in digital transformation design and build. As a Sr. Client Partner (aka Account Director) you will be accountable to build a deep relationship with key client stakeholders based on trust to deliver a long-term digital transformation program . You'll collaborate with creative, production, project management and tech teams to deliver innovative, effective, work for our flagship client in Toronto, Canada. Job Responsibility:
Serve as key day-to-day strategic partner to your external clients and intercompany team
Champion new ideas, concepts and solutions to our clients and cross functional teams
Collaborate with cross functional teams in support of marketing/advertising solutions and client needs
Ensure client expectations and deliverables are met accurately, on time, and on budget
Manage matrixed teams
provide guidance, clear direction and thought leadership on a day-to-day basis
Manage development and execution of omni-channel marketing
Establish, improve and maintain processes and documents to aid in the organization and accuracy of how the projects work
You will be the client’s trusted partner, and viewed as part of their team working as the conduit between WongDoody, The client and their partners
You will work closely with the client and will meet with them in person on a weekly basis
Build your knowledge of the client to build wider relationships outside of the immediate business to build a growth pipline
Your first priority is the seamless delivery of the digital transformation project
You will work closely with the international teams to support the program delivery
You will work closely with the Executive client leader to evolve the client delivery and wider growth plans
Requirements:
8+ years of experience client leadership in digital agency or marketing consultancy
Confident, engaging, and persuasive presentation style
Track record of expanding relationships and scope through organic growth
Trained eye to evaluate creative work from both a strategic and executional perspective
Experience managing CX engagements (strategy + UX/UI design) with multiple project tracks and teams a plus!
Fluency in digital products/deliverables, web development technologies, and design thinking
Ability to carefully listen, process and validate stakeholder input from internal and external sources
An understanding of integrated production and the ability to lead engagements from start to finish
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
