Job Responsibility
Manage and grow relationships with enterprise clients as a trusted advisor
Identify customer needs and position IT solutions across Infrastructure (Network, Cloud), Applications (Enterprise systems, platforms, integration), Cybersecurity solutions
Drive the full sales cycle: lead generation, solutioning, proposal, negotiation, and closing
Develop and execute account strategies to achieve revenue targets
Lead solution discussions and presentations with business and IT stakeholders
Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to design tailored IT solutions
Manage RFPs/RFQs, proposals, and commercial negotiations
Ensure successful solution delivery alignment with internal teams
Build and maintain strong relationships at both IT and business decision-maker levels
Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across the full IT portfolio
Track sales pipeline, forecast, and performance using CRM tools
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field
Over 10 years of experience in IT solutions sales or key account management
Proven track record in selling IT solutions
Strong experience working with enterprise-level clients
Strong sales and negotiation skills with ability to close complex deals
Solid knowledge of IT solutions (network, cloud, data center, security, applications)
Ability to translate customer business needs into technical solutions
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong stakeholder management (C-level, IT leaders, business users)
Strategic thinking and consultative selling approach
