Senior Client Associate

• Serve as the main contact for client service needs across assigned relationships
• Execute requests with accuracy, urgency, and a high level of professionalism
• Partner with senior leadership on strategic client initiatives and firm-wide projects
• Build strong relationships by understanding client preferences and anticipating needs
• Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance and oversight
• Assist clients and their tax/estate advisors with wealth transfer, philanthropic, and tax-advantaged planning projects
• Maintain strong relationships with clients’ extended professional teams (executive assistants, personal CFOs, chiefs of staff, etc.)
• Work with investment teams on cash deployment, portfolio construction, and transaction support
• Contribute to special internal projects and operational improvements

• Bachelor’s degree and 6–8+ years of experience in client-facing roles within wealth management, multi-family office, or related environments
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated leadership in growing or evolving organizations
• Familiarity with estate planning and tax planning concepts
• Consistent responsiveness—aiming for same-day turnaround whenever possible
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• experience with CRM systems (Dynamics or Salesforce)

Experience with Schwab Advisor Center is a plus
