Indiana Farmers Insurance is currently looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to be the next Senior Client Advocate to join our Client Communities Team. The right candidate will have a strong desire, sense of urgency and the effective interpersonal communication skills necessary to help resolve customer inquiries and provide the ultimate customer experience!

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for the Client Communities team
  • Work closely with other departments
  • Train and mentor new Client Advocates
  • Conduct and evaluate call audits
  • Handle complex service requests from customers

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5 years of experience in a call center or other direct customer service environment
  • Property and Casualty insurance license, required
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities
  • Desire to increase knowledge, learn new systems and adopt new tools to enhance overall job performance
  • Ability to identify, submit and monitor TFS requests/Bugs and work collaboratively with the Quality Assurance and value stream sprint teams to ensure our products and processes work as intended for our members and agents
  • Flexibility in work schedule with the ability to work outside of normal office hours
