Job Description:

My client is looking for an experienced IFA Administrator to join their Bristol-based team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with more than 2 years experience in IFA administration who thrives in a client-focused environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide full administrative support to Financial Planners, ensuring excellent client service through direct client contact and collaboration with operational colleagues
  • Work closely with aligned Financial Planners to deliver outstanding client outcomes
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with regular contact
  • Maintain back-office systems and client records in line with company policies
  • Request policy information from third-party providers, where applicable
  • Liaise with operational teams to support activities such as scripts, transfers, corporate actions, or static data changes
  • Prepare meeting packs and valuations as required
  • Assist Investment Managers in the preparation of new business pitches and presentations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience within financial services, ideally in a client support or administration role
  • Strong client service ethic with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, organisational skills and the ability to influence when needed
  • Good judgement and problem-solving skills
