Experience in (Re)Insurance within a technical capacity
Strong aptitude for numbers

Job Responsibility

Manage an assigned client portfolio
Take full responsibility for technical duties related to client accounts, premiums, and claims
Collaborate with Market Fiduciary to assist in the collection of funds
Oversee brokerage receivables, funding, retention, e-trading, post-booking receipts, ad hoc reporting requests, payment of funds, and all related management and transactional processes
Build and maintain strong relationships with Brokers, Clients, and Markets
Participate in training sessions and contribute to troubleshooting and process improvement within the Binder and Facility service team
Managing client accounts and ensuring the accuracy of technical processes
Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations
Utilizing analytical skills to handle data and reporting requests
Participating in team discussions and training to enhance service delivery

Component Inspection: Conduct detailed physical and functional inspections on a wide range of components including turbos, braking systems, suspension units, clutches, and rotating electrics (alternators/starters)
Diagnostic Testing: Operate specialised test equipment (e.g., vacuum testers, electronic actuator testers, battery/alternator analysers, brake DTV machines, and brake caliper testers) to verify part performance against factory specifications
