Senior Claims Technician role within a leading Lloyd's broker's claims technical division, focusing on processing claims across a cross-class, international portfolio
Job Responsibility:
Process claims for a wide range of classes across global territories
Manage claims payments, bordereaux, and related technical processing
Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal and market procedures
Collaborate closely with colleagues across client service, premium support, and claims teams
Provide technical expertise to support the efficiency of the division
Handle end-to-end claims processing through market systems
Maintain accurate claims records, payments, and reconciliation
Support claims reporting and assist with bordereaux management
Liaise with brokers and internal stakeholders to resolve technical queries
Contribute to improving processes and system usage where possible
Requirements:
5 – 10 years' experience in claims processing within a Lloyd's/London Market broker
Strong technical knowledge of cross-class claims
Experience with international business
Knowledge of bordereaux, claims payments, and end to end processing procedures
Excellent organisational and technical processing skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
