Senior Claims Manager

• lead, mentor, and develop a team of claims examiner and support staff
• help foster an environment and culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration
• oversee the entire claims process
• develop and implement policies, procedures, and KPIs to optimize performance and enhance customer satisfaction
• act as the key escalation for complex cases
• prepare and present reports on performance, KPIs and strategy to the executive leaders

• Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred
• At least 6 years of progressive experience in claims management
• 4+ years of management experience
• Travel Insurance experience is highly preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English (french is a strong asset)
• Ability to lead teams in a remote environment
