Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Claims Expert to join our Property Claims team, based in London. Reporting to the Head of Property, Entertainment, Natural Resources and Construction Claims (UK), you will manage the investigation and reserving of Property claims, maintaining accurate claims records, and ensuring operational excellence. You will also play a crucial role in relationship management and claims handling, contributing to the growth and market position of Allianz Commercial.

Job Responsibility:

  • Thorough investigations and reserving of claims
  • Representation of Allianz Commercial positively in the market
  • Resolution of high exposure and complex Property claims
  • Leadership of projects and change initiatives
  • Timely production of management information reports

Requirements:

  • Excellent technical knowledge in handling Property claims
  • Experience in interacting with multiple stakeholders in different locations
  • Proven excellence in communication, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse complex data and situations
  • Strong command of oral and written expression in English
  • Comprehensive understanding of benchmarking processes and key performance indicators (KPIs)
