Job Description:

In this position as a Senior Motor Claims Executive, you will work alongside a big team and report to the Claims Manager. You will handle policy and claims-related matters, negotiate and settle claims accurately and promptly, assess claims within policy coverage and authority limits, and ensure excellent service to stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

Advise policyholders and claimants on policy and claims related matters
Negotiate and settle claims with Third Party claimants, insurers, lawyers and workshops accurately and timely
Ensure each claim is assessed correctly in accordance with policy coverage and within the Authority Limit
Ensure adequate reserve set and timely management of correspondence, enquiries, and complaints while providing excellent customer service

Requirements:

Ideally with 3+ years of relevant motor claims experience
Candidates with motor insurance background/knowledge may apply
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to make decision even when under pressure
Possess basic insurance qualification such as BCP, ComGI and PGI is an added advantage
