Requirements

Degree holder, preferably with progress made in professional insurance examinations
Minimum 3 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance claims, with a specific focus on motor claims being a mandatory requirement
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
A self-motivated and customer-oriented mindset with a strong sense of responsibility
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Executive position

Job Responsibility

Ensure all new motor and liability claims are registered properly and promptly within the system
Set and monitor reserves adequately and timely, ensuring all actions comply with laid-down authority levels
Evaluate policy liabilities, verify quantum, and recommend settlements in line with underwriting policies and reinsurance practices
Handle motor and liability claims effectively according to company guidelines and policy terms
Maintain close monitoring of claim file developments and take necessary follow-up actions
Liaise with external claims adjusters and solicitors to facilitate smooth claim resolutions
Identify and maximize subrogation and salvage recovery opportunities while assisting in legal recovery proceedings
Provide high-quality, professional customer service throughout the claims process
