With continued growth and a solid forward workload, they’re looking to bring on a Senior Civil Engineer. This is a great opportunity to step into a role where you’ll have real influence, work across diverse projects, and be part of a genuinely high trust and down to earth team.   The role:  You’ll play a key role in the delivery of civil engineering projects, contributing both technically and commercially. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll help shape project outcomes while maintaining strong relationships with clients across both public and private sectors.    Key responsibilities: Lead and deliver civil design for land development and infrastructure projects Oversee project delivery from concept through to completion Engage with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth delivery Provide technical input and support to the wider team Contribute to project planning, coordination, and successful execution What we’re looking for: 6+ years’ experience in civil engineering, ideally within civil infrastructure and land development Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. BE (Civil)) Design experience across civil3D/12d and AutoCAD Proven ability to manage projects and build client relationships A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a genuine can-do attitude Why this role stands out: Work across a diverse portfolio of infrastructure and land development projects Exposure to both public and private sector clients Supportive, social team culture with a focus on collaboration Flexibility and work-life balance genuinely encouraged Modern office environment in one of NZ’s most sought-after locations
