About the role: You’ll join a diverse, collaborative group of specialists who design with community in mind , delivering excellence for water clients across metropolitan, regional, and remote areas. With a strong pipeline of water supply and sewerage projects for key Queensland water authorities, this role offers the chance to contribute locally while also engaging in projects across the wider APAC region. Shape the future of water infrastructure across Queensland and the APAC region. As a Senior Civil Engineer , you will provide professional engineering skills in the areas of water and wastewater infrastructure along with the following: Lead the delivery of multidisciplinary projects and the civil engineering direction of major water and wastewater infrastructure projects. Assist with developing and managing the project scope including cost estimates, budget, staffing and schedule. Work collaboratively with colleagues across Australia and the wider Asia pacific business. Partner with a diverse client base from local government, industry and private development. Mentor and develop junior engineers, strengthening capability and fostering a high-performance, growth-oriented team culture.
