Job Description

In this position, you will join our Infrastructure business, where you will play an integral part in a team of highly skilled specialists that ‘bring ideas to life’ for our clients across all types of building and infrastructure projects.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and perform detailed design and technical for: Road and highway geometry, Drainage and stormwater management systems, Earthworks and pavement structures
  • Basic geotechnical investigations and interpretation
  • Review and validate engineering calculations, drawings, and specifications to ensure design integrity and compliance with local and international standards
  • Provide technical oversight and mentoring to junior engineers
  • Coordinate with internal disciplines, external consultants, and contractors to ensure effective design integration and constructability
  • Assist the Team Leader in: Project planning and resource scheduling, Progress tracking and reporting, Design review meetings and client presentations
  • Support the preparation of technical reports, proposals, tender documentation, and cost estimates
  • Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, regulations, and sustainability requirements
  • Conduct site visits and inspections as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)
  • Minimum 15 years of professional experience in civil infrastructure projects, including at least 5 years in a senior or lead role
  • Registered Professional Engineer licensure
  • Proven experience in the design of roads, drainage, utilities, and related civil systems
  • Strong knowledge of geotechnical principles and their application to civil projects
  • Proficiency in civil engineering software such as Civil 3D, AutoCAD, MX Road, StormCAD, or similar tools
  • Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills
  • Good English communication skills and computer literate
