In this position, you will join our Infrastructure business, where you will play an integral part in a team of highly skilled specialists that ‘bring ideas to life’ for our clients across all types of building and infrastructure projects.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and perform detailed design and technical for: Road and highway geometry, Drainage and stormwater management systems, Earthworks and pavement structures
Basic geotechnical investigations and interpretation
Review and validate engineering calculations, drawings, and specifications to ensure design integrity and compliance with local and international standards
Provide technical oversight and mentoring to junior engineers
Coordinate with internal disciplines, external consultants, and contractors to ensure effective design integration and constructability
Assist the Team Leader in: Project planning and resource scheduling, Progress tracking and reporting, Design review meetings and client presentations
Support the preparation of technical reports, proposals, tender documentation, and cost estimates
Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, regulations, and sustainability requirements
Conduct site visits and inspections as required
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)
Minimum 15 years of professional experience in civil infrastructure projects, including at least 5 years in a senior or lead role
Registered Professional Engineer licensure
Proven experience in the design of roads, drainage, utilities, and related civil systems
Strong knowledge of geotechnical principles and their application to civil projects
Proficiency in civil engineering software such as Civil 3D, AutoCAD, MX Road, StormCAD, or similar tools
Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills
Good English communication skills and computer literate
