Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior CIB Portfolio Coordinator. Primary responsibilities include managing workflow tools, engaging in portfolio management, analyzing financial statements, ensuring compliance with covenant structures, and collaborating with internal teams. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage a workflow tool used by FFG team members to review and process communication (e.g., compliance reporting, funding requests, etc.) from clients
  • Contribute to the team's overall portfolio management & surveillance activities
  • Check specified websites on a recurring schedule to download financial statements
  • Review clients’ financial statements and spread the financial statements accurately into standardized templates and system of records (SORs)
  • Develop a good understanding of deal-specific adjustments of FFG portfolio
  • Review the covenant structure of FFG deals and update in the system of records (SORs)
  • In case of any covenant breach, immediately liaise with the Deal Team for a quick resolution
  • Be a point of contact for FFG's coverage bankers and members of the Collateral Management team for questions about the receipt of client information deliverables
  • Review borrowing bases submitted by clients in connection with funding requests, collateral pool changes, and other periodic reporting requirements
  • Review numbers reported by clients in excel files against those being tracked in an internal system
  • Develop and maintain process guides / SOPs for key tasks to ensure there is clear documentation explaining how to complete reoccurring processes
  • Training and mentoring junior colleagues along with reviewing their work

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of CIB Portfolio Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Graduate or Master Degree in Accounting, Finance, Operations Research, Economics or CA Inter
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the banking domain
  • Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Ability to clearly & concisely speak on complex topics

Nice to have:

  • Experience using Excel to perform data analysis as well as to organize/summarize/present data
  • Strong attention to detail
  • An ability to navigate and interpret loan legal documentation is preferred
  • High level of personal motivation, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to effectively work across continents
  • Ability to work as a team player in a dynamic, fast-paced, results-oriented, and collaborative work environment and juggle a variety of tasks
