Job Responsibility

Applying process mining techniques to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in business operations
Designing and implementing solutions that increase the effectiveness and efficiency of everyday business tasks
Using data analysis to support better decision-making while prioritizing service quality
Collaborating with business teams to address operational challenges through continuous improvement methods and technical innovation
Mentoring and supporting team members in learning data analysis techniques and problem-solving approaches
Engaging with stakeholders, managing priorities, and ensuring smooth processes
Fostering a culture of continuous learning and facilitating knowledge transfer across the team

Requirements
