Job Responsibility

Leading and supporting a team of Residential Support Workers to deliver high-quality care
Building positive relationships with children, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and development
Contributing to the development of the home's culture, routines, and environment from day one
Assisting with the planning and implementation of personalised care plans
Promoting a team approach and maintaining a calm, nurturing atmosphere

Requirements

Relevant qualifications in social care or childcare (e.g. Level 3 or equivalent)
Experience in a supervisory or senior role within children's services
Strong leadership and communication skills
A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable children
Ability to work flexibly and respond to the needs of children and the team
A proactive, caring attitude with a focus on positive outcomes
Valid driver's licence (preferred but not essential)
