Senior Residential Support Worker Children and Young People Emotional Behavioural Difficulties Location- Sheffield, S8 Full-time, permanent role within a therapeutic "dual home" setting that supports two young people with complex needs. Pay rate: £13.80 to £14.85 per hour (depending on qualifications), plus £60 per sleep night. This equates to approximately £35,848 to £38,028 per annum, with opportunities for overtime at enhanced rates. Hours: Week 1, Monday, Tuesday and Sunday Week 2, Friday and Saturday Week 3, Wednesday and Thursday This is a 365-day residential care service for children and young people, with rotas provided in advance. Requirements
A minimum 12 months experience in a children's residential care home
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
A full driving licence issued in the UK
Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
In depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations, expectations and best practice
Values in line with the organisation, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare
