Senior Children Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Residential Care Worker to join our dedicated residential care team, supporting children and young people to thrive in a safe, nurturing environment. At the heart of our residential care provision is a commitment to delivering outstanding care for children and young people. Guided by our trauma-informed PACE model, we focus on building trusting relationships that enable children and young people to feel safe, valued, and understood within our residential care homes. As a Senior Residential Care Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality residential care to children and young people, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and development. You will work directly with children and young people, supporting their emotional, social, and physical needs while promoting positive outcomes within a structured residential care setting. You will act as a role model within the residential care team, mentoring colleagues and contributing to a culture where children and young people are supported to reach their full potential. Through reflective supervision and teamwork, you will help create a consistent, nurturing residential care environment for children and young people.
