We are looking for a passionate Senior Chef De Partie to join our talented team to take ownership of event food production. Job Responsibility:
Take ownership of event food production and prep kitchen operations
Managing preparation for event menus, including dinners and canapés, ensuring high standards, organisation, and consistency
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role
Confident working independently, well organised, and comfortable with high-volume prep and events
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality food
Effective communication and able to work collaboratively with others
