Job Description

As a Senior Charter Broker, you will build and develop your own portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients. You will oversee the entire charter process — from lead generation and quoting to coordination and post-flight follow-up — ensuring a flawless client experience that reflects Luxaviation ONE’s high standards of service.

Job Responsibility

  • Proactively build and manage a portfolio of VIP, UHNWI, and corporate clients across international markets
  • Identify and secure new charter opportunities through targeted prospecting and strategic networking
  • Have a strong ability to build and manage business development campaigns with dedicated software tools including targeted cold calls methods
  • Prepare tailored commercial offers and negotiate charter contracts adapted to client needs
  • Manage full flight organization: aircraft selection, itinerary planning, client briefings, and coordination with operations and suppliers
  • Ensure on-time delivery and excellence in service from initial inquiry to post-flight feedback
  • Provide high-touch client service, including VIP meet & greet at airports when appropriate
  • Oversee invoicing and payment processes for assigned flights
  • Represent Luxaviation at industry events and support broader business development initiatives

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in business aviation charter sales
  • Solid understanding of aircraft types, performance, and operational considerations
  • Strong commercial drive with an established network of international clients and partners
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and capable of working autonomously in a remote setup
  • Impeccable presentation and attention to detail
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks
  • Willingness to travel when needed
