We are seeking a Creative Capability Lead to shape and evolve a specialist chapter across copywriting, content or design within an agile, multi-disciplinary environment. The role focuses on driving high-quality creative delivery, building scalable standards and ways of working, and leading talent development to support business growth and improved customer experience outcomes.
Job Responsibility
Lead and develop a specialist creative capability area, establishing clear standards, frameworks and ways of working to ensure consistent, high-quality output
Build, coach and develop a high-performing team through structured line management, performance development and succession planning
Own and govern creative quality, ensuring outputs align with brand standards, business objectives and customer expectations
Drive workforce planning, including capacity management, skills mapping and readiness for future business demand
Partner with senior stakeholders across delivery and commercial teams to align capabilities with business priorities and enable effective delivery outcomes
Requirements
Strong expertise in copywriting, content production or design, with the ability to guide and develop specialist teams
Proven people leadership experience, including coaching, performance management and talent development
Ability to translate strategic priorities into practical capability plans in a fast-paced environment
Effective stakeholder management and influencing skills across diverse and senior audiences
Continuous improvement mindset with experience enhancing quality, processes and team effectiveness
