Job Responsibility:
Own and scale a multi-million dollar direct mail program as a primary driver of applications and enrollments
Translate testing into financial impact, forecasting performance and influencing quarterly growth targets
Build and operationalize a repeatable experimentation engine (creative, segmentation, timing, format)
Improve channel efficiency through automation, vendor strategy, and reduced manual workflows
Expand our creative and personalization playbook to increase response rates across client segments
Requirements:
Proven owner of a marketing channel from strategy to execution
Experience with direct-mail + cross-channel optimization experience
