Deliver change management for complex IT modernisation in line with the department's framework, managing multiple interdependencies. Provide change management expertise to IT and business areas and facilitate identification of change impacts; develop the plan and actions to mitigate the impact of change on people internal and external to the organisation. Develop and maintain key collaborative internal and external stakeholder relationships. Including but not limited to liaising with stakeholders on policy, project or operational issues and responding to stakeholder needs and expectations. Provide senior staff, change leaders and sponsors with the support to champion and communicate the anticipated changes.

Requirements:
Understand Agile project delivery framework and have experience in managing IT change within an Agile project or Program
Experience in a similar role in a complex IT environment operating in a multidisciplinary team
Experience working with Program Managers and Product Owners translating technical requirements into business processes
