Robert Half is seeking a Senior Change Manager to support a utilities / energy organization based in Western Oregon / Southwest Washington. This role involves leading enterprise-level change management efforts across multiple large, complex IT initiatives as part of a strategic special project.
Job Responsibility:
Lead change management efforts for large, complex, high-impact IT initiatives
Partner closely with project managers and business leaders as part of integrated program teams
Consult with executives, managers, and stakeholders to assess organizational and operational change impacts
Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans across multiple interdependent projects
Design and deliver change management deliverables including: Change strategies and roadmaps, Communication plans and materials, Training plans and learning materials, Resistance management and stabilization strategies, Change metrics and adoption tracking
Recommend and help develop reusable change management templates, tools, and best practices
Provide leadership and guidance to other change managers as part of a broader program, when applicable
Build trusted relationships with executive leadership, project teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
Requirements:
7+ years of progressive experience in organizational change management
Proven success leading change for large, high-risk, enterprise-scale initiatives
Strong knowledge of OCM frameworks, organizational design, and culture change models
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and concurrent projects
Experience partnering with senior leaders, PMs, and cross-functional stakeholders
Strong understanding of technology-driven change environments
Expertise in training program design, adult learning theory, and modern training techniques
Change Management certification required (Prosci, AIM, CCMP, ATD, or similar)
Master’s degree in business, technology, or a related field preferred
Ability to work onsite 2 days per week
