FinXL IT is seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to join our team at an infrastructure services organisation. You will be the driving force behind a large-scale transformation project migrating field operations from Salesforce Field Service (SFS) to SAP Field Service Management (SAP FSM), integrated with S/4HANA. This is a critical role ensuring that field technicians, schedulers, and back-office staff successfully transition to a new platform with minimal operational disruption.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute the end-to-end OCM strategy specifically for the SAP FSM transition
Conduct detailed assessments to identify how moving from Salesforce alters daily workflows for crews and dispatchers
Manage expectations and mitigate resistance across field operations leadership and the broader S/4HANA program team
Oversee the creation of high-impact training materials (e.g., SAP FSM Mobile App guides) and communications to drive user adoption
Assess organizational readiness for go-live and lead 'Hyper-care' change activities to ensure long-term stability
Requirements:
Proven track record as a Senior Change Manager in large-scale Field Service Management (FSM) transformations
Hands-on experience with SAP FSM or broader S/4HANA implementations is essential
A mandatory ability to translate complex technical system changes into practical business impacts for non-technical field staff

Nice to have:
Previous exposure to Salesforce Field Service (SFS) to understand the 'As-Is' state is highly desirable
High emotional intelligence, resilience, and a proven ability to engage with diverse workforces from the boardroom to the field
