Job Description

You’ll sit at the centre of some of PEXA’s most important enterprise programs, partnering closely with the CEO, ExCo and senior leaders to turn strategy into real, lasting change. This is a hands-on role. You’ll move comfortably between strategic conversations with executives and rolling up your sleeves to build impact assessments, training plans and adoption dashboards. Most importantly, you’ll help ensure that big strategic decisions translate into confident, ready and supported customers and employees. PEXA is entering its next phase of evolution focused on enterprise transformation, product-led growth, regulatory outcomes and CEO-sponsored programs. This role exists to make sure our most critical initiatives don’t just get delivered they get adopted. As Senior Change Manager, you’ll partner with senior leaders and delivery teams to design and embed change across the enterprise. You’ll operate at both strategic and execution levels, ensuring internal teams, customers and industry stakeholders are ready for what’s next.

Job Responsibility

  • Meet with senior executives to shape the change approach for AML, separation or product-led initiatives
  • Map enterprise-wide impacts across customers, product, tech, risk and operations and turn complexity into a clear, practical plan
  • Work side-by-side with Product and Delivery teams to align change activity to release cycles
  • Design clear, targeted communications for internal teams, customers and industry stakeholders
  • Define what “ready” looks like and track adoption to make sure new ways of working actually stick
  • Spot people-side risks early and guide leaders on how to address them before they become issues

Requirements

  • Enterprise & Executive Change Leadership – Experience leading complex, cross-enterprise change and confidently partnering with ExCo-level stakeholders
  • End-to-End Change Strategy & Planning – Ability to design integrated change strategies that connect impact, communications, training and adoption
  • Product & Agile Integration – Experience embedding change into product-led or Agile delivery environments
  • Adoption, Readiness & Risk Management – Strong focus on measurable adoption outcomes and proactive people-side risk management
