Inetum is seeking a Senior Change Manager to oversee and ensure the execution of changes across the CAPS application landscape. The role requires managing the entire Change Management process in alignment with CA-GIP standards, assessing risks, coordinating meetings, and ensuring post-deployment success.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the Change Management process, from request evaluation to final approval, in alignment with CA-GIP standards
Assess risks and impacts of proposed changes on production services, users, and processes
Ensure quality and completeness of deliverables for each change
Coordinate CAB and E-CAB meetings, acting as a mediator when needed
Plan and communicate effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment
Monitor post-deployment success and conduct Post-Implementation Reviews (PIRs)
Requirements:
Strong experience in Change Management and ITIL-based processes
Solid understanding of IT systems and ability to interpret technical language
Ability to write clear and concise documentation
Excellent communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams
Working knowledge of SQL and ability to read/debug Java 8+ code (a plus)
Fluent in French (C1+) and proficient in English (B2+)
