Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Senior Change Manager to join a critical Health program for an initial 3-month engagement. This role is advisory, focusing on strategy and recommendations. You will be instrumental in helping shape the change strategy across a complex program that involves significant uplift in technology, processes, and organizational structure. Your expertise will provide the foundational roadmap for successful change implementation. This is a high-impact, short-term assignment where you will act as a trusted advisor to the program leadership team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Developing and recommending a comprehensive approach for managing multiple, concurrent streams of change across the Health program
  • Providing expert guidance, frameworks, and actionable recommendations on how to best conduct and manage the various organizational, process, and technology changes
  • Reviewing the current program structure and change landscape to identify risks, interdependencies, and capacity constraints related to change absorption
  • Working with senior leaders to ensure alignment on the proposed change methodology and approach

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in a dedicated Change Manager or Change Advisory role, specifically focused on setting strategy
  • Experience managing complex, multifaceted change, including technology implementation, process redesign, and organizational structure transitions
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders
  • Change certifications
  • Bachelor Degree

Nice to have:

Previous experience working within the Healthcare or Aged Care industry will be a significant advantage
