We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Senior Change Manager to join a critical Health program for an initial 3-month engagement. This role is advisory, focusing on strategy and recommendations. You will be instrumental in helping shape the change strategy across a complex program that involves significant uplift in technology, processes, and organizational structure. Your expertise will provide the foundational roadmap for successful change implementation. This is a high-impact, short-term assignment where you will act as a trusted advisor to the program leadership team.
Job Responsibility:
Developing and recommending a comprehensive approach for managing multiple, concurrent streams of change across the Health program
Providing expert guidance, frameworks, and actionable recommendations on how to best conduct and manage the various organizational, process, and technology changes
Reviewing the current program structure and change landscape to identify risks, interdependencies, and capacity constraints related to change absorption
Working with senior leaders to ensure alignment on the proposed change methodology and approach
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in a dedicated Change Manager or Change Advisory role, specifically focused on setting strategy
Experience managing complex, multifaceted change, including technology implementation, process redesign, and organizational structure transitions
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders
Change certifications
Bachelor Degree

Previous experience working within the Healthcare or Aged Care industry will be a significant advantage
