Job Description

Campbell Property Group (CPG) — one of Australia’s leading residential construction and property development companies — is seeking a highly capable Senior Change Manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO) team in Norwest. In this role, you will play a key part in driving business transformation initiatives across the organisation. Partnering closely with business leaders, project teams and technology specialists, you will analyse complex business challenges, define clear requirements and help deliver practical solutions that improve processes, systems and outcomes.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and deliver change strategies and plans across key business initiatives
  • Assess impacts, define scope and ensure alignment to business outcomes and benefits
  • Design and implement change interventions to drive adoption and minimise disruption
  • Partner with leaders and project teams to embed change and support delivery
  • Develop and execute stakeholder engagement and communication plans
  • Conduct readiness and impact assessments, managing risks and resistance
  • Monitor and drive adoption of new systems, processes and behaviours
  • Manage change across multiple projects, ensuring alignment and prioritisation
  • Provide clear reporting on progress, risks and adoption outcomes

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading and driving organisational change management in a senior role
  • 5+ years’ experience delivering complex change or transformation initiatives
  • Experience working across business, technology and project teams
  • Strong knowledge of change frameworks and delivery methodologies (e.g. PROSCI)
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing outcomes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
  • Able to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, adaptable and outcome-focused, with strong attention to detail

Nice to have

  • Experience in the construction or property industry highly desirable
  • Relevant Change Management or business qualifications highly desirable
